Terra is the title of the Lisbon Architecture Triennale 6th edition. Its programme consists of four main exhibitions, three days of conferences, a trilogy of awards, a selection of Independent Projects and a book collection.
Terra is oriented to audiences of different ages and professional interests.
The Lisbon Architecture Triennale, founded in 2007, is an open platform to research, foster and promote architectural thinking and practice. In addition to the international architecture forum organised on a three-year basis, the association produces regular public events, such as Open House Lisboa and the lectures Critical Distance and Common Field, operates an architecture centre with its own programme.
Terra is chief-curated by the Portuguese duo Cristina Veríssimo and Diogo Burnay. The main exhibitions are led by the invited curators Anastassia Smirnova, José Pablo Ambrosi, Loreta Castro Reguera, Pamela Prado, Pedro Ignacio Alonso, Tau Tavengwa, Vyjayanthi Rao.

Terra will be held from 29 September to 5 December 2022.

The public events of Terra take place at the key cultural venues in Lisbon, such as MNAC, MAAT, Garagem Sul – CCB and Culturgest museums, Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, and the Triennale home venue Palácio Sinel de Cordes. Several Independent Projects are presented in different locations in Lisbon and neighbouring areas.
The XVIII century Palácio Sinel de Cordes presents two rounds of Terra’s events, in October and November. The Palace hosts the collective exhibition, integrating Independent Projects installations, talks, workshops, a pop-up bookstore and cafeteria. 
All the events held at Palácio Sinel de Cordes are with free admission. 
Terra offers a series of tours to its main exhibitions, guided by the curators and mediators. To check all the tours available and buy tickets, check the calendar.

During the opening days, all the events are with free admission. For the further programme, tickets can be purchased online as well as at the venues hosting the programme.

Each venue offers tickets, valid for one entrance to the corresponding exhibition. At MAAT, Garagem Sul – CCB and Culturgest you can also purchase the exhibition pass.
The general pass for Terra gives access to the Tallinn Architecture Biennale, Edible; Or, The Architecture of Metabolism, and vice versa.

Visitors entering the national territory are no longer required to present proof of carrying out a test or to present a COVID-EU digital certificate or vaccination or recovery certificate. The use of a mask is mandatory at health facilities only.
